Fans of the Denver Broncos will want to erase the recent thrashing they received at the hands of the Miami Dolphins as quickly as possible. Yet, the defeat seems to get worse as time goes on.

One analyst caught the attention of fans across America for his hilarious breakdown of one of the most embarrassing plays of all time. The event occurred during one of the many touchdowns scored by the Dolphins.

A huge game between the Denver Broncos and the Miami Dolphins went down a few weeks ago, and the match has made headlines for more than one reason.

While no fan expected the Dolphins to win without a fight after their shaky start, no one was prepared for the humiliating defeat that Denver would soon receive.

The Miami Dolphins took it right to the Broncos in Week 3 of this year’s NFL season. They dominated throughout and finished the game with an impressive scoreline of 70-20, leaving many fans in shock.

The Dolphins would go on to make history as they finished the game with the second-most offensive yardage and the second-most points in NFL history. It was truly a schooling by the Dolphins.

Reactions To The Thrashing

Before the match, there wasn’t a single pundit who would have suggested that Miami would have scored 50, let alone 70 points in the game against the Broncos.

Yet, they went on to put on one of the greatest offensive performances in the history of the NFL that Sunday afternoon at the Hard Rock Stadium, scoring an impressive ten touchdowns.

The Thoughts of The Analyst

While the scoreline had fans in a state of disbelief, another aspect of the match caught the attention of one prominent analyst, who couldn’t believe what he had just witnessed.

NFL Analyst Mark Schlereth highlighted one particular play that illustrated just how disastrous the Broncos’s defense was on this day. But he couldn’t help but notice something else unusual going on.

A Rant On Twitter

In the wake of the game, Schlereth took to Twitter to give his take on the game and just how easy the Miami Dolphins had it on this day. Schlereth also shared footage of a strange moment in the game.

According to Schlereth, the Miami right tackle, Austin Johnson, can be seen doing something outrageous and hilarious and took to Twitter to share the footage.

Gymnastics or Football?

Schlereth highlights the unusual event, which occurred during one of Raheem Mostert’s four touchdowns of the game.

During this play, Austin Johnson can be seen celebrating in his own personal way by doing a full somersault after making short work of the Bronco’s defensive end, Randy Gregory.

Schlereth, being a former offensive lineman during his career, went on to claim he couldn’t believe it when he saw the 6 ft 4, 142 kg beast finish up the play by doing a full somersault over the touchline.

Schlereth said: “This game is so easy, and we are kicking your a** so thoroughly that I am a big, fat offensive lineman, and I’m going to do a somersault into the end zone.”

An Embarrassing Moment For The Broncos

While Schlereth certainly found Jackson’s move hilarious, he would eventually go on to define the play as one of the most embarrassing he’s ever seen.

Schlereth wasn’t the only one amused by Jackosn’s actions. Fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts about the big offensive tackle’s unusual form of celebration, with many finding it hilarious.

A Great Start To The Season

With the dust now settled on the game between the Dolphins and the Broncos, Jackson may have been a huge talking point, but what’s most impressive is the Dolphins superb start to the season.

While the Dolphins were beaten by the Buffalo Bills 48-20 in the following match, fans still believe this could be the year that the Dolphins finally make a run for the Superbowl.
